1. DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT
    Deadline: You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.
    Conditions: The product must be unused, with the original packaging and all items included.

  2. MANUFACTURING DEFECT
    Deadline: Returns due to manufacturing defects may be requested within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
    How to request: Send an email to sac.lastorcidas@gmail.com including:
    (i) your full name,
    (ii) your order number, and
    (iii) a description of the defect (please attach photos and/or videos).
    Procedure: After analysis (within up to 30 days), we will offer either a replacement or a full refund through the same payment method used in the purchase.

  3. RETURNS
    Conditions: The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent, not washed, with no size alterations (sewing) or any other external modifications.
    Procedure: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If it is in the same condition as originally sent, you may choose to:

    Costs: We will cover return shipping costs in cases of manufacturing defects or change of mind. A shipping label will be provided so you can return the item via Correios.
    Important: We do not cover packaging costs, so we recommend reusing the original packaging, as long as it is in good condition.

  6. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND SIZE ERRORS
    Personalized items are made exclusively for you. Therefore, we DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS of personalized products.
    The customer is responsible for confirming all personalization details and choosing the correct size, referring to the size chart available on our website. If you have any questions, please contact our team before completing your purchase.

  7. DISSATISFACTION WITH DELIVERY TIME
    According to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, if you do not receive the product within 60 (sixty) calendar days, the purchase will be canceled and the amount refunded.
    Important: We do not process cancellations or refunds while the product is still in transit.
